Suzanne Schornack has over 15 years of experience practicing real estate and commercial litigation throughout the State of California.

Ms. Schornack has represented commercial and residential property owners, title companies, foreclosure trustees, loan servicers, escrow companies, banks, lending institutions, real estate investors, and commercial and residential landlords and tenants in a diverse range of real estate matters, including title issues, transfers, property-line disputes, foreclosures, liens, easements, tree disputes, lease negotiations, HOA disputes, encroachments, property tax issues, landlord-tenant disputes, maintenance agreements, forbearance agreements, security agreements, subordination agreements, eminent domain, nuisance, partition,

Ms. Schornack received her undergraduate degree from University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in Legal Studies, and her juris doctorate from University of California Hastings College of the Law where she received the Chancellor’s Scholarship.

She went on to practice at several prestigious firms, including the largest real estate litigation firm in California, and has been operating her own practice since 2022.

Ms. Schornack has guest lectured at multiple law schools including UC Berkeley, UC Hastings, and University of San Francisco. She had presented Continuing Legal Education Courses for local bar associations and large institutions such as Prudential Financial. Ms. Schornack has published articles in The American Bar Association Journal, The Hastings Business Law Journal and The United Trustee’s Association Quarterly
